Argus Celebrates 25 Years

In 1994, our founders had the vision to create an engineering firm dedicated to fuels infrastructure. We are now celebrating 25 years of specialization, which we could not have done without our valuable partnerships and industry relationships. In celebration of this milestone, Argus is honoring our past and looking to the future. And it is bright.

We see a future in which we are unified by fuel. Together, we move the world forward – transporting customers and assets to desired destinations. We fuel the economy, creating commerce and jobs. Connecting people. Protecting them.

Our pledge for the next 25 years is to continue innovating, evolving and providing engineering, program management and asset integrity services and remain your valued partner. With this in mind, our brand and identity, too, must evolve. Yes, we have a shiny new logo that represents the Argus of today – a solid foundation and movement forward. And while our peacock logo may have changed, our core belief and promise to clients, teaming partners, and employees remains the same. We believe that what we design is built on a foundation of strong relationships and values – integrity, competence, teamwork, and living and working by the Golden Rule.

Thank you for the continued opportunities to plan, design, build and maintain the critical infrastructure that fuels our world.

Argus Opens Miami Office to Serve Florida and Latin America

In January 2016, Argus opened a satellite office in Miami, Florida, to better serve its Latin American clients and the Florida aviation fueling market.

Jorge Rodriguez, P.E., CxA, Director of Latin American Operations, will manage the Miami office.  Rodriguez is a licensed professional mechanical engineer and project manager with more than 20 years experience.  His extensive international experience includes planning and design of aircraft hydrant fueling systems in Bogota, Colombia; Quito, Ecuador; Panamá City, Panamá; and Miami, Florida. Rodriguez has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Havana University.

“Argus Consulting has made a strategic decision to keep our specialization anchored in Kansas City, but focus a local presence in key markets, such as Miami, New York, Chicago and Phoenix,” explains CEO and Chairman of the Board Kent Bredehoeft.  “This will enable us to better serve our clients and strengthen long-term relationships.”
