The Beale project consisted of construction or replacement of:

• JPTS fuel receipt, storage, and transfer systems
• Three JPTS 10,000 BBL tanks
• Containment dikes
• Pump house
• Fuel pumps
• Filter separators
• Motor control
• Piping
• Fill stands
• Off-loading pumps
• Spill containment
• Lighting
• Drainage system

Argus developed a cost savings plan evaluation to construct a temporary JPTS receipt, storage and dispensing facility. This was achieved by using portions of the abandoned JP-7 fuel system and the existing JP-TS system. An optimized plan was produced to increase the efficiency of construction, resulting in reduced project costs.
