Patrick McGuire has joined the commercial aviation fueling team at Argus Consulting. He serves as a senior project manager, overseeing the firm’s programs at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport and has more than 20 years of airfield design and construction experience with aircraft fueling and ramp services.
A licensed professional engineer in three states, Mr. McGuire’s background includes management of multiple fuel relocation projects at O’Hare as well as the airport’s Direct Feed Fuel Expansion program. He has managed projects at major U.S. hubs in Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Orlando and Memphis, and worked on various airfield installations located around the world. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has earned master’s degrees in Civil Engineering as well as Engineering Management from the University of Kansas. Mr. McGuire is currently a candidate for a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from the University of Alabama at Huntsville, is certified as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and serves as a member of InfraGard, a partnership with the FBI and the private sector that is dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the U.S.
