Argus provided professional services regarding Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans. All activities were conducted in accordance with Federal Regulation 40 CFR Part 112. Argus provided these services for the three airports owned and operated by the City of Phoenix Aviation Department; including Sky Harbor International Airport, Goodyear and Deer Valley.

These services included:

• Preparation of a regulation overview document
• Preparation of 11 stand alone SPCC plans for the multiple locations including: truck fueling facilities, a bus maintenance garage, generator power stations, a farm fueling operations, waste fuel collection facilities, GSE equipment fueling stations and a vehicle maintenance garage.
• An audit of tenant SPCC Plans
• Design documents to bring many of the facilities into compliance with SPCC standards

Argus successfully constructed the new facility on the same site, while keeping the existing facility in constant operation.
