Argus designed a new aviation fuel storage and distribution facility, developed the site concept and layout and conducted a codes review. The system included:
- Three 5,000 BBL aboveground Jet-A fuel storage tanks
- One 15,000 gallon AVGAS aboveground storage tank
- One 12,000 gallon MOGAS aboveground storage tankx
- One 12,000 gallon diesel aboveground storage tank
- Two transport fuel truck unloading stations
- Two refueler loading stations
- Vehicle movement simulations
- POV parking
- Multiple related support structures
- Renovation of an existing four-position, remote refueler, loading island
- Additions to the Operations/Control Building
- Leak detection system
- Pipeline receipt equipment
Several systems were implemented to provide uninterrupted performance and address safety issues of the fuel facility.

- New emergency power electrical generator
- Double-wall, aboveground horizontal fuel storage tanks
