Argus designed the aircraft fueling system and developed planning, programming, design and construction documents for the new 47-gate passenger terminal expansion. Argus determined the functional concept of the hydrant system and developed a phased construction program that corresponded with the terminal building expansion, resulting in minimal gate closures. Specific assignments included:
- Analysis of existing aircraft fuel storage, distribution and hydrant systems
- Concept development for the new A/A Terminal A-D hydrant system
- Computer-generated hydraulic capacity analysis calculations
- Determination of applicable codes and standards
- Development of all construction drawings and specifications
