Argus designed the aircraft fueling system and developed planning, programming, design and construction documents for the new 47-gate passenger terminal expansion. Argus determined the functional concept of the hydrant system and developed a phased construction program that corresponded with the terminal building expansion, resulting in minimal gate closures. Specific assignments included:

  • Analysis of existing aircraft fuel storage, distribution and hydrant systems
  • Concept development for the new A/A Terminal A-D hydrant system
  • Computer-generated hydraulic capacity analysis calculations
  • Determination of applicable codes and standards
  • Development of all construction drawings and specifications
