Argus provided comprehensive planning, detailed design and complete construction administration services for a new fuel receiving, storage and distribution facility, 20-inch transmission line and a 31-gate aircraft hydrant fueling system. Argus provided full-time resident engineering services during construction. The major elements of this new facility included:

  • A new 31-gate hydrant system at Terminals A and B
  • A new pipeline receiving station
  • Four new 30,000 BBL fuel storage tanks
  • 3,000 + feet of 20-inch distribution piping
  • A new 4500 gpm pumping distribution station
  • Hydrant cart test stand

Argus successfully constructed the new facility on the same site, while keeping the existing facility in constant operation.
