The individual should have 10-15 years of experience in the planning, engineering design, document development, construction administration and project management of Refined Petroleum Terminal and Pipeline Projects. This will be a full time position in our Kansas City Office.
Aviation Resident Engineers
We are seeking self motivated, experienced registered professional civil and/or mechanical engineers to serve our Commercial Aviation Market Segment as Resident Engineers. The individuals should have 10-20 years of experience in the design development, construction administration and construction management of Aircraft Fueling Facilities and Systems for Commercial Airports or Military Airfields. These will be full time positions at multiple locations within the United States, Canada and South America.
Senior/Mid Level Civil Engineer
We are seeking an experienced registered professional civil engineer to serve Aviation and Oil & Gas Market Segments Projects. The individual should have 5-15 years of experience in the planning, engineering design, document development and construction administration of petroleum facilities and systems. Individuals with knowledge and experience in site development, drainage and utilities, fuel storage tanks and piping systems will be a plus. This will be a full time position in our Kansas City Office.
Mid/Level Mechanical Designer
We are seeking a mid to senior level mechanical designer to support the design and Cadd production efforts for our Aviation and Oil & Gas Market Segments. The individual should have 5-10 years of experience with a consulting engineering firm working in a multi-discipline environment. The individual must be proficient in AutoCAD with a background in Micro Station. Knowledge of petroleum piping systems and associated equipment will be a plus. This will be a full time position in our Kansas City Office.
Aviation Fueling Engineer
The Los Angeles Office of Argus Consulting is seeking a Mechanical or Petroleum Engineer with a BS Degree and 5-10 years of experience. Professional registration in the State of California is a plus. Experience should include petroleum facility layouts, piping system details, pumping and filtration equipment applications and storage tank design. A successful applicant should have the capability of performing piping system hydraulic and surge calculations, pump and equipment sizing determinations as well as the development of P&ID’s, layout plans and detailed drawings in AutoCAD. The successful candidate will have experience in a consulting environment.
Primary project assignments will include commercial aviation fueling programs, but could also include military aviation and petroleum terminal programs. In addition to traditional engineering design, this position will also include facility/system studies, forensic investigations, analyses reports and construction inspection/management.
