Argus provided professional management services to the DFW Airlines Fuel Committee for a major expansion and renovation of the aircraft fuel receiving, storage and distribution facility at DFW.

Proactive Management
This schedule-driven program required proactive management of the design firm, the facility operator, and the construction company to ensure compliance to the concept, adherence to the budget and schedule, conformance to construction standards and continued operation of the facility/system at all times.

Program Facilitator
Argus was the facilitator of this three year program where construction included, new fuel storage tanks, a new hydrant system pumping/filtration/control system, a new electrical power distribution system, significant modifications to the system piping and expansion of the operations, control and administrative buildings.
